近日，一篇发表在国际杂志Oncogene上题为“A combination of novel NSC small molecule inhibitor along with doxorubicin inhibits proliferation of triple-negative breast cancer through metabolic reprogramming”的研究报告中，来自路易斯安那州立大学等机构的科学家们通过研究发现，将一种新型的小分子抑制剂与FDA批准的化疗药物相结合或许能协同明显抑制三阴性乳腺癌细胞的生长。

本文研究数据表明，名为NSC33353的小分子抑制剂或能在三阴性乳腺癌细胞中展现出一定的抗肿瘤活性，其能与一种已知的化疗制剂（多比柔星）一起发挥协同作用来抑制三阴性乳腺癌细胞的生长。
